Element &2 (surrogate &1) refers a Presentation &3, which could not be read.
&1 - Surrogate (unique identifier) for the site element
&2 - The name of the site element
&3 - Surrogate for the presentation
A site element (Frameset/Menu/URL/Business Process) uses a
presentation, that does not exist.
This can happen if the site element has been defined without a
presentation (e.g. during the preliminary planning
Find the site element in the site structure tree and attach a
presentation to it.
If you need more information about the element in addition to the
name use the menu item "Surrogate" in the administration menu to
obtain this information.
Update the site element by pressing "Update" while having selected
the site element in the site structure tree. This launches a
wizard, where you among other things can update the presentation
used by the site element.
The Administration Interface should ensure that a site element
always has a presentation and that presentations used by a site
element cannot be deleted.
This means that if you find that a site element refers to a
nonexistent presentation you might want to check whether any
updates of the database (table WSNODEP or WSMNPLP) has been made
using SQL or another direct database access tool.
